I have dozens of transactions that have been pending for anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I naturally assumed they were just talking longer to verify and would post. So, I sent a support ticket in to inquire how long items could potentially be pending before crediting.
After a few days, I got a response indicating that any offers older than 14 days and are still pending no longer count and will remain pending indefinitely. This is not indicated on their FAQ or give any indication that these were not going to credit in app.
Moral of the story, Pei only accepts support tickets for missing or pending items 7-14 days after they show. Day 6… too early. Day 15… too late. Regardless of what the app indicates.
So, don’t learn the hard way like me. Submit tickets for ANY transactions that still show pending on day 8!
