Will a digital Walmart gift card purchased on Walmart.com qualify for Discover 5% cash back?

I read on another thread that it will work for a physical card, but someone said it won't for a digital card.

Can anyone confirm if the 5% CB will/wont work on digital cards purchased through Walmart.com?
