YouGov account inactive?

Hi guys, I noticed I hadn't received an email from YouGov this week and thought it odd, since we're in the middle of the election, so I went to login and got a login saying my account was inactive and I needed to contact the help desk. Has this happened to anyone before? I had a big chunk of points im saving for the $50 cashout, and I know my work has been quality, and I definitely have been responding to email and have not marked them as spam.
