What are some ways I can monetize my Techsupport skills online as a minor?

I am 17 and living in Germany. I wanted to offer techsupport over Fiverr, but turns out you need a "Gewerbe" in Germany if you have a "persistent source of income which is beeing operated independently". Applying for a Gewerbe is very difficult if you are under 18.
